Tori Messinger serves as Marketing Associateat Orlando Foods while also being a trained Master Pasta Maker. She earned a secondary degree in Culinary and Restaurant Management from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Tori then traveled to Parma, Italy, where she honed her pasta-making craft at the prestigious Alma Culinary Institute, studying under award-winning Italian chefs. Her training covered both dry and fresh pasta techniques alongside traditional Italian gastronomy. Today, Tori brings deep expertise in pasta dough to the Orlando Foods team, collaborating with fellow chefs to create innovative recipes.
