Crispy homemade sourdough croutons made with leftover sourdough bread and Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Simple, flavorful, and perfect for salads or snacking.

Leftover Sourdough Bread
Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Tear or cut the leftover sourdough bread into small chunks. Drizzle generously with Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss to coat evenly.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, tossing again until the bread is evenly coated.
Bake for 10 minutes, then toss the croutons and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with your favorite salad or enjoy as a crunchy snack!
