Ingredients

1 Cup (240g) Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup (60ml) Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup (60ml) Lemon Juice (from 1 lemon)
1 Tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon (15g) Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon (5g) Anchovy Paste
1/4 Cup (25g) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
1/2 Teaspoon (3g) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon (1g) Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon (2g) Garlic Powder

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
